What are the psychotic symptoms of schizoaffective disorder?
The psychotic symptoms of schizoaffective disorder mostly fall into 2 groups: mental disturbances that are “added” by schizoaffective disorder, and mental abilities that are “lost” by schizoaffective disorder.
Persons with schizoaffective disorder may believe in ideas that are not true; or may see, hear, or feel things that don’t exist. They may also be less able to show their feelings, speak or think clearly, or take part in activities.
